Utterly Disappointing Shopping Experience

I feel obliged to share my recent experience with Mr. Shopper. If you are considering ordering from them, DON'T! A month ago I ordered some items which partly got delivered almost 1 week after their promised delivery date, some items got damaged with the courier and they requested my banking details to make a payment by a specific date... After many phone calls (and not being able to get hold of anyone) plus numerous emails, I finally received the payment 1 week after the date they assured the refund will be made. Needless to say, a very disappointing experience for an online retailer. If I had not followed up in the manner I did, the payment would probably never be made. So consider shopping with them carefully!
