Useless service

Most useless customer service i have ever come across...online chat is non existent...you wait forever on phone when you call(if you get through)and when u get to front of the phone queue it just rings and you get told the "customer service" agent is currently not available...then WHY WAIT IN THE QUEUE!!! never ever use them again...absolutely ****
