************* and ***** service.

This is my 2nd review abou Mr Shopper. I don't know how to describe their poor, bad, ****y and ************* service. Am still waiting for my order no 39597, which was due to be delivered on the 07 of November. They recently rep**** to the review I made and only asked for my order number and I gave them, and that was it I didn't get any communication from them. After calling several times each day with no answer, I finally spoke to Brandon Shaka who vowed that on yhe 25 November I will get my order no matter what. Today its the 26 November but still my ordee is not here. This is affecting my work aswell as I have to ask for a day off, for the delivery company to find me home but I will wait in vain. On top of that they don't answer their phones, only their phone machine will answer of which makes me think that they are **** and *************. What you guys are doing to your customers is inhuman, bitter and hurting. Not only am I affected by this but even my work is affected due to the leave days am applying for hoping you guys will deliver. Mr Shopper is undepandable, ordering from you was the WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE. I was told that my order has been shipped by a courier company and Brandon failed to give me their tracking number, this makes me feel like you Mr Shopper is ***** and ****. If you can't deliver my parcel please refund my money@
