Unreliable and *************

I ordered on the 27th of October and delivery was scheduled for the 3rd of November and now it 4 days past the delivery date. I called on the 4th of November and I was told that my parcel just got despatched and it will be delivered asap. I just want my refund, am sick and tired of calling and being told the same thing.
