Unreliable

I placed an order on the 17th January 2021, I was contacted saying that there would be a delay on my delivery and I would receive it on the 4th February 2021. I am still waiting for my delivery. I have tried numerous times to contact them to follow up on the order, without any success. I just want my money back.
