Unprofessionalism and lies

Bad SERVICE they don't answer calls if they do they don't know how to trouble shoot and also promise to all u ack but it never happens this happended twice my order is 10days dalayed and everyday I call the promise delivery then follow but it does not they treat you like **** as a customer I'm still waiting for my delivery
