UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

We bought a fridge from Mr Shopper on 15/01/2021. It has been a month and still no delivery. Tried emailing, just get a "automated response" that they will call. I tried to call their number ***, but it keeps on ringing until "the person at extension __ is unavailable". This is so unprofessional! Can we please get a refund or can someone from their delivery department please call me?
