Undelivered item by this ****

I ordered a Smeg blender in November and it was supposed to be delivered 1 month later however it is now March(4 months). Their contact number doesn't work. I've messaged them many times but they kept saying that it would arrive the "next week". It's been many weeks. They did eventually say that they would refund me and then I noticed that nothing came through so I tried to go back to the website today and it actually doesn't exist anymore. I can't believe I've been had like this. How can a company actually get away with something like this?
