UNDELIVERED CAOS!

Had the worst experience with these guys ever! Ordered one item, where the delivery date would have been 4 days afterr the order. On the day they phone me and say, sorry theres no stock, I just have to wait 3 more days. Then on that day they tell me, no, stock has arrived but the one I ordered was not in the arriving items. Then they asked if I wanted a refund or if I'm willing to wait another week. Then I said I want a refund. A week passes and I hear nothing. I phone them and they tell me I need to manually place a refund online by emailing them why and I need to add my banking details to it. Then I phone again, only then did they process a refund. I wait another 4 days for them to replay with a "refund has been made", and now I have to wait another 2-3 days for the money to reflect on my account. This is madness! If you want to do courier services, make sure you can keep up with you competition. TIME WASTERS!
