Undecided Customer

I bought an Xbox console from Mr Shopper. It malfunctioned while under warranty, however, they arranged their courier to collect and take it in. They contacted me 2 days later , was helped by Deon and confirmed the exchange had been approved by the supplier. Im just disappointed i had to wait almost a week to get the replacement done.
