UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE - STILL NO DELIVERY/REFUND FROM MR SHOPPER

It is now the 17th March 2021, still no delivery and no refund for my order that was placed on the 7th January 2021. This has escalated to the Ombudsman and National Consumer Commission.
