Unacceptably poor service

The service from this store is one of the worst I have experienced !! Placed an order for some bricks on 1 November for delivery on 9th November. Nothing received to date (12 Nov). Each time I phone their number I get put through to another extension where I'm told there is no reply and to leave a message. Totally unacceptable service. I will NEVER use them again !!!
