Tool Rental Chaos

I rented a lawn mower which they delivered on time fair enough, how can you send a mower without a person to take you through on how to use it, even worse, they didnt specify the fuel type and waited 20 minutes on their call centre number with my own airtime, only to be told "its 93 ppm sir" really ridiculous.!
