THIS MrSHOPPER IS GETTING ON MY NERVES!!!

I placed an order on the 29/11, My order #42849 and my Tracking number that was given by Pelican express is #***6. The guy on the phone confirmed i will receive my parcel yesterday but up until now i don't hear anything, guys please be serious at least for once in your lifetime, the Tracking is not working, and you never answer the phone calls. WHY DID YOU ACCEPT ALL THESE ORDERS IS YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THEM???? I need mine to be delivered before SATURDAY, If not please i will need a refund i beg chose the easiest one for you to execute.
