Once again confirming that this is a **** business. They will string you along moving out the delivery date until you have no choice but to request a refund. Assuming you're fortunate enough to reach them they will then agree to the refund and keep pushing out that date too. They play delay tactics till you give up fighting for your money or product and they get away with *****ing your money.

Feel free to prove me wrong Mr Shopper, Order#42139 since 27 Nov and its February already.
