Today is the 23rd November 2020 I ordered on the 06th November 2020 I wrote a previous review got an answer today, stating that they would improve on their delivery time. Spoke to various managers only false promises I think the only way to improve the delivery and to get the bricks that I ordered is to open a case of ***** and theft against the company. 17 days and still did not get my bricks. All I can say is you lot are a ********** company never, never ever buy anything from you.

23 Nov 2020, 12:51Hi Devan, we are sorry you feel that way. We have numerously communicated with you regarding your order. We informed you about our transport crisis and we suggested for a refund or if you could collect at our depo and you were willing to wait for delivery. We arranged for delivery with different transporter and we assumed the bricks were delivered on Friday. After conference call with transporter and yourself an arrangement has been made for delivery today.

Yes I did agree to wait for the delivery which was agreed that it would be delivered on the 17th November 2020 today is 23rd November 2020 17 days from the day I placed the order.
