THEY STOLE MY MONEY- DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I was so excited to find a seemingly wonderful online shop that had great deals. DO NOT BE DECEIVED! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN!! I made an order on black Friday, and it never arrived on the due date. Being understanding that I am sure they had many orders come in on that day I decided that it was okay that my order was late. I went to my online account to see that my order had been cancelled!! But the money was not returned to me! I paid via payfast and the money had been taken out of my account! It has still not been refunded. I HAVE CALLED DAILY, I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES, I HAVE SENT MESSAGES TO THEIR ONLINE CHAT AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME!!! Now i have to pay a fee to my bank if i want the transaction reversed! I AM SO DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY. DON NOT SHOP HERE!!!
