THEY SHOULD BE CALLED MR LIES AND NOT MR SHOPPER

I bought a trampoline on the 2nd of Dec and my delivery was for the 15th of Dec, item never arrived I called the call center forever getting the answering machine, I finally get hold of one of the consultants Archie who promised that my goods will be delivered by the 20th this also never happened, then I spoke to Brian who changed the delivery date to the 5th Jan and then again the 8th Jan, its been a month since I bought this item which was supposed to be my kids Christmas gift I promised them, now I come across as a **** to my kids because of Mr Shoppers LIES, they have very bad customer service..... although their prices are cheap I will rather pay more at another company and get proper service.. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGIAN ALL I NEED IS MY MONEY BACK.
