The worst service of my life - YOU SIMPLY CANNOT REACH THEM to resolve your issue!!!

The worst service experience I had in my whole life!!!! Order number 39409. The courier company damaged our parcel and returned it to Mr Shopper. It has been 6 weeks since I ordered the product and after phoning them like literally 50 times the issue remains unresolved and EVERY time we speak on the phone I am told that the parcel is on route and will DEFINATELY be delivered the every next day. When you phone their call centre you sit in the queue every single day and then when you finally get through the phone rings and then goes straight to voicemail. I repeat this process several times and again it goes to voicemail. I am beyond furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is still not resolved and the earphones we ordered cost over R4000 and I am out of pocket and have nowhere to go. It is sooooooo infuriating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
