THE WORST SERVICE

On the 29th of Nov 2020, 2 items was ordered and paid for, with multiple calls and emails, delivery of 1 item happened on the 8th of Jan 2021. They do not answer any emails or pick up their phones. The worst service I have ever received.

If arrangements can't be made for the item to be delivered, then I require a urgent refund as this is past 50days without delivery or arrangements made. If not resolved a case of ***** will be lodged.
