The worst online company ever

I placed my order the 25th of November 2021, and still have not received it, at the point where I'm considering getting a lawyer, calls apon calls where I wait for a operator and then the line just dies, emails apon emails with no luck, we send proof of payment, keep sending our order number, I have asked refunds to assist, no luck there either. I have absolutely no idea what to do.. HELP!!
