The waiting game and false expectations

I placed my order on the 17 and delivery was set to be the 23rd ,I have been calling their team and the delivery company and funny enough they all just dont care ,they promise to call back and no one does .On Friday morning they promised to find out what's holding up with the delivery service and get back to me ,I am still waiting. I called the delivery service and they confirmed I would get my order today ,I am still waiting .
