Terrible terrible service,a ****

I ordered something on the 1st of December 2020 and I still have not received it and today is 19 February 2021,I even had to buy a whole new fridge as I was moving and I am now having to take police action against this company, my order number is 42934, this is the worst store I have ever dealt with,surely they must be ************ and the shop needs to be closed down
