TERRIBLE SERVICE = NO REFUND OR PRODUCT RECEIVED !

Absolutely disgraceful.

A friend ordered a product for R7 300.00 on 10 November 2020 on behalf of a lot of ladies as a gift and have received neither the product nor a refund. When chatting to them online, e-mailing them or whatever method that we have tried, they ignore all our messages, make promises and even threats don't help.

Do not ever buy anything from them unless you want to lose your money and never see the product you purchased !
