Terrible service from Mr. Shopper

Had the worst experience buying from Mr.Shopper. I purchased nappies in January and three weeks later got an email from a lady asking for my banking details. No explanation or apology. It is March now and I still haven't received a refund. I have been mailing them every day but just get an automated response.
