Terrible service from Mr Shopper

First time coming across this site..everything looked legit, I needed 5 Logik kettles..price was good and items were the exact brand I was looking for. Put through the order and payment on the 17th of September with a delivery date of the 23rd. All was well until on the 22nd while tracking order that it was still under processing..how, when it's supposed to be delivered the next day.!!. First it was the courier, then they didn't have that specific brand in stock...It's been back and forth since that day. Disappointed at the service, lack of honesty and now the run around with getting my refund. Having to make follow ups every day. What an unnecessary waste of my time..
