Terrible service from MR SHOPPER

This is a follow up review and i wish that I had some good news. Back story, 30 Nov 2020 I prdered and paid for items form Mr Shopper, and then had complete silence from them, they never answered their phones or rep**** to my emails, eventually in Jan I sopke to a real pesron (Brian) who promised to sort it out, then nothing for a week and again I got hold someone else (Lebogang Mamoga) and again I was promised that it would be sorted out. Again silence and I have not managed to get anyone on the phone since. I have been chatting with the online help on the website and every 3 days I am promised that someone will contact me to sort this out, but absolutely no one contacts me. This is plain and simpel *****. If I couldgive negative stars. Please never deal with these people, they will ***** your money
