Terrible service from Mr Shopper

During the Festive season, my wife had ordered a product using Mr Shopper. Their prices were very competitive.

Order was placed after confirming that they indeed had stock. Spoke to a consultant which confirmed a 7 working day delivery which was earmarked to be delivered on the 14th of January 2021.

Called them on the 13th to make an enquiry about the order and was informed that they had to source the stock from a different warehouse and the consultant informed me that he will push for delivery by the no later than the 16th of January 2021. received communication that delivery will take place on the 18th of January 2021.

Come the 18th, i again enquired and a consultant told me she was going to find out what was going on with the order. Later on that Monday, i called again and was transferred to a manager of some sort, the person was "unavailable".

Called on Wednesday as was spun a story of delayed stock. and asking how can there be a delay in stock if a consultant confirmed that there was indeed stock in their other warehouse. she transferred me to the manager who was again unavailable
