Terrible Service

The service from Mr. Shopper is terrible. I place and paid for my order on the 23rd November 2020 with an expected delivery date of the 03rd December 2020. To date nothing has been delivered. When you phone them they do not answer. When they answer, they say they will phone you back and never do. I will never shop with them again. Still struggling to get hold of them.
