Terrible service and endless promises

I bought bricks,sand and stone from Mr. Shopper. I ordered bricks for nearly R8000 then again I purchased bricks ,sand and stone to the value of Nearly R25000. I,be been promised delivery will be in two weeks time but I sent message bricks can be here by end of January. They gave me another date again that goods will be delivered on 20.January 2021. Then after they moved the date to 6 February 2021. Because of 2nd order I phoned them again to confirm they can deliver both orders at same time. Order date was now put back to 16 February. On the afternoon of this date I enquired to non delivery of goods. Then I was promised things will be delivered in a day or two but up to now still nothing. I've been phoning and emailing but to no avail. They are not answering their phones. I'm standing in a queue when it reaches my number the person is not available.e mails just say we,LL come back to you but nothing. I've sent them email requesting a number so I can ask for return of my monies but up to now, no answer. Don't ever shop at this terrible business of Mr. Shopper. I don't want to encourage anyone to use this terrible online shopping.
