Terrible/ NO service from Mr shopper

I ordered a coffee mashine mid November. Got a call 3 December to inform me the order is at the shipping company. Still have not received it. Unable to reach Mr Shopper via phone. No reply to my mails. Will I ever see this order/ my money. Never using them again.
