Terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered on the 24th of November. To date I still haven't received all my products, my original delivery date was scheduled for the 8th of December. I ordered pots and a pan as a gift for Christmas. Today when we opened the pots, one of the lids were bent. I need this to be replaced. I have tried numerous times to contact Mr Shopper to find out where my missing part of the order is. Still no response. Asked for a refund. Still no response. I had to go and buy a pan from Makro in order to have a gift for Christmas for my mother. Terrible terrible customer service.
