Terrible Customer Service!!!!

This was the very first time I used Mr Shopper. I placed my order for a Defy Chest Freezer on 27 November 2020. But it has been a very stressful process to try and get through to them, to follow up on the delivery of my Chest Freezer. They do not answer their phones and emails. A month later, when I had started legal proceedings to get back my money, they finally called me to confirm that they will deliver my order. A month later, when they finally delivered my Chest Freezer, it was a wrong brand. I ordered a Defy Chest Freezer, but only received a KIC Chest Freezer. But I was just exhausted, and had no choice but to take what they were offering. They are not a ****, but I will never order from them ever again. They don't respect their customers.
