Still waiting for Mr Shopper to exchange my product

I placed an order on Mr Shopper for some head phones. First of all the delivery was late and the other thing is that my They were supposed to be black in color but only to find gray headphones when I opened the package. I have since asked that they come and exchange them for the color I want and I was told a driver will come and do the exchange. It has been almost 2weeks now waiting
