still awaiting refund!!

I placed an order for a PS4 on 10 September 2020, cancelled the order 2 days later. Still awaiting the refund. Ordered on takealot on the same day. Cancelled order and received refund within 24hrs.... I'm really disappointed as I keep try to get a follow-up by resending the email for the refund but receive no response!

To date, I still have NOT received my reimbur*****t. Today, my wife called Mr Shopper via their Whatsapp number (as all the other numbers are constantly on hold) She was told that the órder was damaged in transit and the item will be delivered tomorrow. How is that even possible?! We requested for the refund more than 2 months ago with no refund to date. Today, we're told that the order will be delivered?! This proves that there clearly is no log of my request for the refund even though I made the request and confirmed the request a number of times via email and following my last post on HelloPeter.

I have no idea what is going on with my refund. 2 months and still waiting!

Do not order from Mr Shopper! I am still awaiting my refund 2 MONTHS after canceling an order!
