STAY AWAY! The worst online shopping experience with no one answering the phones or emails!!

Do not waste your time ordering from this website. It has been a very frustrating experience so far and I have been unable to get hold of this business using their phone number supp****, email addresses, Whatsapp number and contact form. You can also expect to wait at least 2-3 weeks for your goods. I ordered 3 products from them which were "in stock" and upon check out, there was no mention of delivery time frame, so I expected to get my products in 7 days or less like most South African online stores (and even international ones). However, when I finally got my order confirmation, it stated that it will take 2 weeks. Now I'm having a hard time (5 days now) getting hold of the company to cancel my order because I cannot wait 2 weeks for these products and I can get them in one day at Takealot. If they could at least warn you that it will take that long then it will deter you from buying there in the first place if you can't afford to wait. I buy pretty much everything online, from my clothes to my skincare products and I can honestly say this is the first time I have come across a website with such poor service and so little respect for paying customers and so little transparency too on top of that. I normally recommend a lot of websites to my contacts, but I will never shop here again and I cannot recommend them at all. Ridiculous. I am not the only one who feels this way, take a look at their Facebook page, almost every post has comments from angry customers who did not get their goods and who are unable to get hold of the business!
