STAY AWAY FROM MR SHOPPER!!! THEY ARE ********

I ordered an item on 5 January 2021 and it was indicated that my parcel would be delivered on 15 January 2021. I called on 14 January 2021 to enquire if it would be delivered on time as I could not see any movement on the online shopping app. The agent informed me that unfortunately it would not be delivered and that the date would the change to 23 January 2021. Once again I phoned on 22 January and the agent called me back and assured me that it would be delivered the next day (23/1/2021). To date my parcel has not arrived. I have been phoning like a stalker to find out where my parcel is, but the phone just rings and then after a while you get a message that the number is not available. When I eventually got through on the number on 23/1/2021 the agent acted like she could not hear me, she even said that she could not hear me when I asked her if she could (how the hell can you answer my question if can't hear me!!). Anyway... I am trying to cancel my order online but there is no option to cancel only to return a product. This is **************** and they are the biggest ******** I have ever come across!!!!
