Stay away from Mr Shopper!

Ordered 2 air coolers on 24 Oct. Up to this date I have not received anything. E-mails or phone calls do not help. No reaction. Now I'm struggling to get the order cancelled and my money back. But how can you communicate with a company if there is way you can make contact with anyone? Do they really exist or are they a ****?
