Slow service

I Ordered from Mr Shopper and my delivery was delayed for 2 weeks I could not get hold of them to find out what was going on. I got a call from them telling me that me order will be delivered I spend the day waiting because I could not track my order. It was only at 7pm I received a call from my gate saying there was someone there to deliver my order. The service was just to slow to what I am used to
