Slow Customer Support

Mr Shopper support team could not assist on time when I needed to change my order. After ordering wrong quantities I called Mr Shopper Support Team and one agent said they will change my order for me. They delivered the order and had to call them again to fix my order. Their courier company came 2 days later to resolve my problem
