SHOCKING SERVICE!! IS IT A ****?

What shocking service. This feels like a complete ****. I managed to get through twice and spoke to a person but then got put on hold for them never to come back to me. Like most people writing reviews on Mr Shopper, I have gone through the same mill. Order now way overdue. I also had a look at their depot locations mentioned on their website on Goggle maps. To my horror I found that the Pretoria address is an empty plot of land and the Midrand depot address does not exists.

I see not one person who wrote a 'review' on Hello Peter has had a response from this company, How does one take action?
