SHOCKING SERVICE

Today is the 18th of November and I placed an order for 5 items with Mr Shopper and what followed was a fiasco. One of the items was delivered on the 5th of November and to date I have yet to receive the other 4. There has been tons of correspondence via e-mail and phone calls and every time I have been assured that "they will come right back to me with a waybill" or "Oh I see what has happened, we will fix it immediately". The service they provide is absolutely shocking. Oh I did not add, that another parcel was delivered to me from them, but it was someone else's order. I have asked for a refund, but they remain quiet.
