Shocking Service

Placed and paid for order on 27/11 and delivery should've arrived on 11/12. Today is the 21st Dec and still waiting for delivery. I've been trying to call since last week already but cannot get thru to the numbers on website. Is this is ****??? Consumers pay for goods ordered, but no delivery arrives? Unbelievable.....Customers, beware on buying online goods!!!!
