Shocking customer service

Order#38955... I purchased 50 bags of cement and two interior doors on the 18th October 2020 with delivery date set for the 25th October 2020. However, to date there is nothing. They promised to refund me a long time ago, however, to date the status of my order is still "Awaiting refund". The customer service is non existence. Let's report this people to the consumer ombudsman and speak out... The level of emotional abuse from this people is unbereable.. Won't recommend it to anybody.. Just disgusting!!
