SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY!!
I placed my order weeks ago, and I was told it would be delivered by 10 December. It has not arrived. No one answers a phone call to their customer service, you hold for ages and then get cut off. No reply to email. No reply to on-line messaging. Nothing. I am totally annoyed with this shocking service, i just want to know where my order is, or get a refund.

22 Jan 2021, 13:50Absolutely shocking delivery and service. I placed my order in November. It was a Christmas gift promised to be delivered by 10 December. It was never delivered. I followed up numerous times, no one answers the phone, or email, or online queries. Finally on 4th January someone rep**** to me and promised a credit within 10 days. It has been three weeks and nothing, no refund and no one answers the phone again. My money is just gone. Theft and *****!!
