Shocking Customer Service

Shocking Customer Service! I placed my order with Mr Shopper on 26th November, I received a mail saying delivery would happen on 7 December - then nothing happened. I try calling and you hold forever and then get through to voicemail. No one answers phones, no one replies to whatsapps, no one gets back to you. Last week someone eventually called me and told me my order was with the courier but couldnt give me a reference number, a tracking number or anything. Then she told me she would call the courier and call me back. No one has called me back, I still have no parcel and no reference number. This is shocking! Where is my order?
