Shame mr shopper shame

I ordered goods from mr shopper and I will never do it again after the bad experience I had. I was supposed to get my goods delivered on the 29th of December already but to date I have not received them. I told them that I want my money back and they said that I must supply them with my banking details. Since then I have not heard from them despite having sent them numerous emails which they ignored. The persons name is Karabo .
