Worst Customer Service Ever!!

I ordered on 17/11/2020 for delivery on 24/11/2020, since today no delivery. You can't track the order as it only give percentages. I've been phoning everyday since 25/11/2020 and still no answer on my order, sometimes I am on hold for more than an hour without any assistance. I've asked for a refund but lady told me the relevant department is busy, I urgently need refund. I am going to the SAPD this afternoon as they promised my order will be delivered this morning and still nothing. I will also report you as ***** with my banks as you take the money and no service is delivered.
