********!! DO NOT USE MR.SHOPPER OR PELICAN EXPRESS!!
I have placed an order on the 25th of November 2020, parcel should've been delivered on the 7th of December 2020. When you phone them there is no answer. I have send emails, WhatsApps, and tried contacting them through Facebook but it wasn't useful - still waiting for a reply. Did anyone received their money back after requesting a refund? After reading all the Hello Peter comments I'm afraid I won't see my money or product that I've ordered. Mr. Shopper ans Pelican Express are obviously ********. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

05 Jan 2021, 10:35Hi Suzaan, we are sorry you feel that way. We experienced a backlog on deliveries as our contracted courier company will open next week. The delivery of your order will be on the on the 18th of January 2021. May you please let us know should you prefer a refund.
