I placed an order with Mr. Shopper and paid on 07/12/2020. The following day they confirmed payment and I was supposed to receive my order on 21/12/2020. I’ve called, sent email and also used their online chat, none of these platforms we’re responded to. A week later no delivery and no answer. This is the worst service I’ve received ever since I’ve stared buying online. No communication to keep you updated/inform of the delay. If you track the order it’s always on processing. They’re a ****.
